Through our partnership approach with families, we aim to minimise any cause for complaint. However, we do recognise that sometimes parents and carers may have complaints that they wish to raise. If you do have cause for complaint, please discuss the issue with the class teacher, in the first Instance. If your concerns remain unresolved, then the Assistant Heads or the Head of School will be available to try and help.
